Point-In-Time references
A Point-In-Time reference is a snapshot of data from a historical time point. Point-In-Time references can be created by following the steps in the screenshots below.
Point-In-Time references are visible along with other references in the value type editor. This means that a valuetype can be "reset" to a historical time point by (1) creating a point-in-time reference (2) downloading the reference data (3) deleting all data in the valutype (4) uploading the reference data.
This feature is limited to history after the last time the valuetype was reconfigured by e.g. adding or removing dimensions.
History in KEX
Historical data can also be access with KEX (e.g. in calculations) using the "from history"-option (see KEX reference documentation for more details).
