Proportionally spread numbers over rows and columns

• Proportional spread; To proportionally distribute a row total over periods, set a amount in the total column.
• Even spread; If you set the total to zero and then enter a new amount, you can spread the total amount evenly over all periods.

• To distribute a total proportionally at a higher aggregated level, you can start by selecting several accounts or categories and select "Use as filter".
• Then enter an amount for the aggregated total and you will have the numbers spread over filtered categories.
