In the access editor, you can choose to limit which category or categories a user should be able to see.
Click "Restrict access based on Dimension", then choose to add the dimension category and press save.
In the list under category choose which access each user should have.
If you want to give the user full access then just add * in the field and nothing else. NOTE! Important to not leave the category cell empty for a uses that should have full access
